Scam Alert

The Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance regulation is warning Grand Rapids area residents to be on the lookout for fake health insurance plans affiliated with "Consumer Health Benefits Association," "National Association for Americans," "National Benefits Concepts" or "National Benefit Solution." These bogus medical discount plans are designed to look like legitimate health carriers. These scams are not insurance and offer no health benefits. Victims didn't even know they were being bamboozled until after they had paid fees. If you believe you are a victim of this scam, call OFIR at 877-999-6442.
